If there are no available tee times, it means the tee times for that date are fully booked. However, if you contact us via 1:1 chat, we can check for any available tee times and guide you accordingly.
This golf course requires a minimum of 3 players for reservations on weekends and public holidays.
As a membership golf course, tee times are assigned to members first, so there may be changes to the tee times or availability.
If the reservation is for less than 4 players, solo play is not guaranteed, and you may be joined with other players at the course.
If you use a single cart, a single cart fee will apply, which should be paid on-site.
Due to the golf course's operating policies and local conditions, tee times may change or be delayed without prior notice, and no refunds or cancellations will be allowed due to these changes.
According to local government policies, the booked date may be designated as a public holiday (either temporary or national), and in this case, the previously confirmed rates may no longer apply. You may be required to pay additional charges based on the increased rates.
Aeration work notice (April 14-15): Due to the course condition degradation during and after this period, rounds may not be smooth. The schedule for this period may change without prior notice.

Note: After booking, confirmation will be provided without a separate confirmation call, and the reservation will be finalized immediately.
If cancellation occurs due to local supplier issues, we will inform you and process a full refund.
The cancellation and refund policy specified within the product takes precedence.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
