· If there are no tee times to choose from, the tee times for that day have closed. However, if you inquire through 1:1 chat consultation, we will confirm and inform you of tee times that can be additionally reserved.
·Please check in at the golf course using the Booking reference(not the reservation management number) on the booking confirmation (voucher).
· During a 2-player round, you can join with another team, but there is no guarantee for 2-player solo play.
· A round is based on 18 holes, and the (First Nine) and (Second Nine) that appear when selecting a tee time refer to the starting course (Out/In).
· The reserved tee time may be changed or played early or late without prior notice depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, and refunds and cancellations are not possible due to this.

· In case of cancellation due to circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.
· The cancellation and refund policy shown on this website will be applied as priority.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
