· If you want to play with a caddy in a basic no-caddy round, you must apply in advance.
· Due to the nature of Japanese golf courses, the second half of the round will be played after a break after the first nine holes have been played.

· If there is no available tee time, the tee time for that day is closed, but if you contact us through 1:1 chat, we will check for available tee times for additional reservations.
· Additional amount for 2 player rounds → There is an additional charge of 2,200 yen (JPY) per person for a 2-person round on weekends. → Additional fees can be paid on course
· There is a break time of about an hour between the first 9 holes and the second half.
· Customers wishing to round with caddy should check the contents of the caddy fee for items not included and indicate whether or not to apply for a caddy in the request when making a reservation.
· Customers using the package product, please indicate in advance whether to use the hotel-golf course in the request when making a reservation.
· Due to the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, tee time may be delayed without prior notice, and refunds and cancellations are not possible.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
