※ Golf Course Essential Information ※
· This golf course does not allow check-in with the AGL voucher sent at the time of initial booking. Check-in is only possible with the local voucher sent by email 3-7 days prior to the round date. Please note that if you do not present the voucher at check-in, you will need to repay the green fee on-site.
· If there are no available tee times for your chosen date, please contact us through 1:1 chat consultation. We will check for additional tee times that may be available and provide further assistance.
· As a membership golf course, tee times are prioritized for members, which means tee times may change or reservations may not be confirmed even after booking and payment. If the reservation cannot be confirmed for this reason, a full refund will be provided.
· When checking in at the golf course, please present the passport (or a copy of the passport) for all members in your group.
· When playing as a twosome, you may be paired with another team, and we cannot guarantee exclusive play for twosomes.
· Gallery entrance is not permitted.
· Please note that tee time reservations may be subject to changes in schedule without prior notice due to golf course policies and local circumstances. Refunds and cancellations due to these changes are not possible.

· In case of cancellation due to circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
