※ Golf Course Essential Information ※
The golf course does not accept check-in with the AGL voucher sent at the time of initial booking. Check-in is only possible with the local voucher, which will be sent via email 3-7 days before the round. If you do not present this voucher at check-in, you will be required to repay the green fee on-site.
If there are no available tee times, it means the tee times for that date are fully booked. However, you may inquire via 1:1 chat support, and we will check for any additional available slots.
All players must present their passport or a copy at check-in.
For two-player rounds, you may be paired with other golfers, and we cannot guarantee a private round for two players.
As this is a membership-based golf course, tee times are allocated with priority to members. Tee times may change after booking/payment, and reservations may not always be confirmed. If we are unable to secure your reservation, a full refund will be provided.
The golf course is scheduled for renovation starting in March 2024.
Due to operational policies and local conditions, booked tee times may change or be adjusted without prior notice. Refunds and cancellations will not be possible due to such changes.

· Cancellation 0-30 days before the golf tee time: No refund available
· To expedite confirmation after booking, we do not conduct a separate Call but proceed with actual reservations along with confirmation notification.
· In case of cancellation due to circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.
· The cancellation and refund rules provided separately within the product take precedence.
· Working days: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00 / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
