※ Golf Course Essential Information ※
· This golf course is operated on a pre-booking basis. → To make a booking, please fill out the form on the reservation page. (A Naver account is required.) → We will check the availability of the golf course and accommodation based on the information provided in the request form. → If the reservation is available, the golf course will provide you with the fees and tee times for the specified date and accommodation option. → The amount shown on this website is for reference only at the time of reservation. The final amount will be provided to you with an estimate after we request it from the golf course. → We will confirm the final amount, round date, and check-in date for your accommodation with you again, and then send you a payment link. → The tee time will be confirmed after payment, and it will be assigned randomly on a first-come, first-served basis (between 8:00 am and 10:00 am). → Once you have completed your payment, we will send you a voucher.

· Cancellation 60-31 days before the golf tee time: 50% cancellation fee
· Cancellation 0-30 days before the golf tee time: No refund available.
· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers without a separate confirmation call
· In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.
· Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.
· Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
