※ Golf Course Essential Information ※

· Reservations for this golf course are made on a pre-request basis. → Go to the Booking Reception above, fill out the request form and submit. → Check the availability of golf courses and accommodations according to the request form. → If a reservation is possible, we will send you a payment link after confirming the round date, confirmed tee time, and hotel check-in date. → When the customer completes the payment, we will send you a voucher.
· In the case of Del Monte golf course, it is a rule to stay at least 1nights for one reservation for an 18-hole round.
· When requesting a reservation, it is considered that you have agreed to the cancellation/refund policy.

Included Services

Green Fee (18 holes): Monday–Thursday $160 / Friday–Sunday $175 (subject to change depending on course conditions)
Cart Fee: Included in the green fee for resort guests. For nonguests, an additional $25 cart fee per player will be charged.
Accommodation (double occupancy): Choose from one of the three properties below; rates vary depending on the selected room type and property:
→ The Inn at Spanish Bay
→ The Lodge at Pebble Beach
→ Casa Palmero
Accommodation rates are subject to change based on availability.
Rooms are based on double occupancy. Up to 4 people can stay per room with an extra charge of $50 per additional guest beyond the first two.
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required on Fridays and Saturdays (local time).
Transportation:
→ Guests can use a Lexus vehicle for up to 2 hours free of charge during their stay (international driver’s license required; please contact the hotel concierge for reservations or inquiries).
→ Complimentary roundtrip transportation is provided for up to 4 guests to/from Monterey Peninsula Airport (MRY).
→ Additional charges apply for transportation to/from San Jose International Airport and San Francisco International Airport.

Non-included Services

· Caddy : No advanced reservation, pay on the course → 1 caddy per person ($155 per person for 18 holes, caddy tip is $70~$100) → 1 caddy for 2 people ($105 per person for 18 holes, caddy tip $50$75 per person) → Fore caddy (at least 3 people can apply) : $52.5 per person

In case of cancellation due to local supplier circumstances, we will notify you and process a full refund.
The specific cancellation and refund policies provided within the product take precedence.
Business hours: Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00 (UTC+9) / Closed on weekends and public holidays.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline

Please Review Before Your Round!

* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.

* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.

* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.

* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.

* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.

* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.

Rain and Natural Disasters Policy

* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
