※ Golf Course Essential Information ※

- According to the golf course regulations, if you book an 18-hole round at Del Monte Golf Course, it is required to stay at least one night at Pebble Beach Resort.
- The reservation will be processed as a pre-request booking. After receiving the reservation inquiry, we will check the availability at the golf course and accommodation according to the customer's request.
- The amount listed in the product is the minimum reference amount at the time of booking, which includes a one-night stay and a single round per person.
- The final confirmed amount will be provided along with the available tee time and accommodation after the golf course request. Upon requesting a reservation, a card payment link or deposit account will be provided.
- Accommodation check-in/out regulations: Check-in 16:00 (Casa Palmero 15:00) / Checkout 12:00.
- For reservations of 2-3 people, a joint play may be arranged, and if there is no joint team, it will proceed as a solo play. (If you want to confirm 2-3 people solo play in advance, you must pay the cost for four people.)
- Upon requesting a reservation, you are deemed to agree to the cancellation and refund policy.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline

Please Review Before Your Round!

* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.

* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.

* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.

* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.

* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.

* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.

Rain and Natural Disasters Policy

* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
