· If there are no available tee times, it means that tee times for that date are fully booked. However, you can inquire through 1:1 chat consultation, and we will check for additional available tee times and provide guidance.
· This package is only available for reservations of 2 nights or more. You must book the basic 2-day (tee time + accommodation) package, and booking for just 1 day is not possible.
· This package includes accommodation fees and is priced based on 1 person in a double room. Please be sure to select the package option. (The check-in date for the included accommodation is the day before the selected tee time. For example, if you choose a tee time on December 2nd, the check-in for accommodation is on December 1st.)
· This product includes round-trip transportation between the airport and the resort. When making a reservation, please provide essential flight information (arrival and departure flights) and airport arrival/departure times (in the special request section).
· For 2-player rounds, you may be paired with other teams, and we cannot guarantee exclusive play for 2 players.
· Tee times may be subject to change or start earlier or later due to golf course operational policies and local circumstances, without prior notice. Refunds and cancellations due to these changes are not possible.

· Cancellation 0-30 days prior to golf tee time: no refund
· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers without a separate confirmation call
· In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.
· Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.
· Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
