※ Golf Course Essential Information ※
· This golf course does not allow check-in with the AGL voucher sent at the time of initial booking. Check-in is only possible with the local voucher sent by email 3-7 days prior to the round date. Please note that if you do not present the voucher at check-in, you will need to repay the green fee on-site.
·Tee times at the golf course are taken in the order of visit to the golf course, so if you wish to play before your booked tee time, you may be able to play an earlier round by visiting 30 minutes early.
· As a membership golf course, tee times are prioritized for members, which means tee times may change or reservations may not be confirmed even after booking and payment. If the reservation cannot be confirmed for this reason, a full refund will be provided.
· If there are no tee times available, the reservation for that day is finalized. However, if you make an inquiry via 1:1 chat, we will check and inform you of available tee times that can be booked additionally.
· Upon check-in at the golf course, all visitors will be required to present their passport or a copy of their passport.
· When booking for 2 people, you may be joined by another group during the round and we cannot guarantee an exclusive tee time for 2 people.
· Due to golf course operational policies and local circumstances, booked tee times may change or start early/late without notice, and no refund or cancellation will be provided due to this.

· In case of cancellation due to circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.
· The cancellation and refund policy shown on this website will be applied as priority.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
